Terms and EULA
The conditions for authorized use of Claervo Privacy Guard for Jira Service Management Cloud.
Effective: 1 August 2026License
Subject to applicable Marketplace terms and payment, Claervo grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its authorized Jira Cloud site during the subscription term.
Authorized use
The customer must be authorized to install the app and is responsible for Jira permissions, policy configuration, user notices, remediation decisions and lawful processing. The app may not be reverse engineered, abused to probe another tenant or used unlawfully.
Service boundary
The app provides deterministic decision support and administrator-controlled remediation. It is not a pre-save blocker, a guarantee of compliance or a substitute for professional legal or security advice.
Subscriptions
Cloud subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, taxes and refunds are handled through Atlassian Marketplace under Atlassian's applicable commercial terms.
Availability and changes
Functionality may evolve as Atlassian APIs and Forge change. Access may be suspended to protect customers, respond to abuse, comply with law or perform maintenance.
