Jira · In Atlassian review

Bring back what a delete, a bulk edit or an automation rule took away.

Jira Cloud has no trash for work items. Claervo Undo keeps a mirror from the moment it is installed: a deleted work item comes back in one click with subtasks, comments, worklogs and links; a bulk edit or automation run is grouped into a batch you can review and revert; a ledger shows who changed what.

Listing is in Atlassian review; installation opens once approved. from $1 per user / month above 10 users; up to 10 users free.

Overview: protection since install, deleted work items ready to restore and the honest limits

What it does

Restore

Deleted work items are listed with who deleted them and when. The preview shows the fields, subtasks, comments, worklogs and links that will come back and what cannot; one click recreates the item with its original reporter, priority, labels, due date, custom fields and status.

Batch undo

Changes by the same person, rule or app within minutes form a batch. Each field is re-read and reverted only if it still holds the batch's value; description and custom fields come back from the snapshot taken before the change.

Ledger

Field changes, deletions, comments, worklogs and links with the actor named: a person, Automation for Jira or a Marketplace app. Filter by time and work item, export CSV.

Honest by design

Restored items get a new key, comments are re-posted by the app with the original author and date, attachment content does not come back. The app says so before every restore.

What it reads

  • Work items created or changed after install: all fields, comments, worklogs, links and attachment metadata (names, sizes, types)
  • Change history as Jira reports it in events, with the actor's account ID
  • Display names of accounts that appear as actors, reporters, assignees or authors

What it never touches

  • Attachment file content
  • E-mail addresses or profile attributes beyond the display name
  • Anything outside Atlassian: no remote backend, no analytics, no AI, no egress
