The conditions for authorized use of Claervo Undo for Jira Cloud.

Subject to applicable Marketplace terms and payment, Claervo grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its authorized Jira Cloud site during the subscription term.
Service boundary
The app keeps a mirror of work items created or changed after installation, records who changed what, restores deleted work items as new work items and reverts batches of field changes on an administrator's request. Restored work items get new keys; comments and worklogs are re-posted by the app with the original author and date noted in the body; attachment content, created dates, change history, watchers and votes are not restored. Work items deleted before installation can only be restored with the fields Jira includes in its delete event. Restores and undos depend on Jira accepting the requests; the app reports each step it could not complete. The app is a safety net, not a backup product, and does not replace exports or Atlassian's own data protection.
Subscriptions
Cloud subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, taxes and refunds are handled through Atlassian Marketplace under Atlassian's applicable commercial terms.
Availability and changes
Functionality may evolve as Atlassian APIs, Jira events and Forge change. Claervo may update the app and these terms with reasonable notice for material changes. Access may be suspended to protect customers, respond to abuse, comply with law or perform maintenance.
