Claervo Limits Guard for Jira

Terms and EULA

The conditions for authorized use of Claervo Limits Guard for Jira Cloud.

Effective · 7 September 2026

License

Subject to applicable Marketplace terms and payment, Claervo grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its authorized Jira Cloud site during the subscription term.

Authorized use

The customer must be authorized to install the app and is responsible for Jira permissions, threshold and exclusion settings, cleanup decisions and lawful processing. The app may not be reverse engineered, abused to probe another tenant or used unlawfully.

Service boundary

The app provides deterministic decision support about Jira configuration limits and administrator-controlled cleanup. Usage figures follow the limits Atlassian publishes and the data Jira returns; they are not a guarantee that Jira will accept a change. Trashing fields and archiving releases are reversible in Jira, removed permission grants can be restored from the audit trail, and permanent deletions of statuses, workflows and components require explicit confirmation and cannot be undone by the app.

Subscriptions

Cloud subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, taxes and refunds are handled through Atlassian Marketplace under Atlassian's applicable commercial terms.

Availability and changes

Functionality may evolve as Atlassian APIs, published limits and Forge change. Access may be suspended to protect customers, respond to abuse, comply with law or perform maintenance.
