Terms of service
These terms govern authorized use of Claervo for monday.com.

Claervo provides read-only governance analysis based on metadata made available by monday.com. Findings and scores are deterministic decision-support outputs, not guarantees of compliance or security.
Authorized use
You must be authorized to install the app for the connected monday.com account. You may not probe other tenants, bypass controls, misuse exports or use the service unlawfully.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for monday.com permissions, user notices, remediation decisions, backup requirements and the accuracy of standards they configure.
Plans and payment
Subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds are administered through monday Marketplace under the plan shown before purchase. No payment is collected without explicit purchase consent.
Availability and termination
The service may change as monday.com APIs evolve. We may suspend access to protect tenants, respond to abuse or perform maintenance. You can uninstall the app or schedule tenant deletion at any time.
